Fill the plate (the one with the hole) with sand and then sprinkle some water on it 2. Polish oil on the inner side of Handva Dabba 3. Sprinkle some wheat flour at the bottom of Handva Dabba 4. After giving tadka to Handva flour, pour it in Handva Dabba 5. Place the plate, which we filled with wet sand, on the stove 6. Place Handva Dabba or Pot on the plate 7. For first 5 mins, keep the flame on high 8. Turn the flame to medium. And keep the same for about 1 hour 9. Done. Serve Hot.
