Terrible product
There is no noise cancellation at all, I used my colleague's headphone which is much cheaper has very good noice cancellation. Mute button is juat for show, it doesnt work. Money wasted.

I am using this headphone for last 10 days for my office work and it works great. No negative feedback from the person on the other end. The battery backup is also good.
The durability is OK but and have to handle with care. No issues observed with any of the conference platforms

Unsatisfactory
At the time of purchase they said it is noise cancellation but it's not at all filtering any noise. The persons at the other end are getting a lot of disturbance.

I had a very good impression on Jlab brand till I purchased this one. This headset didn't meet the exceptions.
Majorily it has connectivity issues. It keeps disconnect during the calls, which embarrasses.
The sound and mic quality were very bad.
I thought it's a defective one, that's why I asked for replacement. After getting that replacement, it's confirmed that it's worst product interms of the performance.
Not at all worth the hype and price.

Q:Does this earphone has active noise cancellation or noise cancellation
A:There's ENC in mic so listeners would get your voice clearer. But no noise cancellation in speakers.
However, it works well in office environment or even in lightly noisy places.
