It is good to some extent. I have short and medium thick hair. And not very oily or dry scalp. It worked sometime. When I used a small amount of this shampoo that surprisingly made more of a difference than using normal amount of usual shampoo that u would use. Guess it depends on your scalp. But it did not keep dandruff off much. It goes better as a normal shampoo than an anti dandruff shampoo.
