Good quality product
1)Good packaging (wasn't expecting that in this price range)
2)The arm and shower head are both sturdy and looks elegant, but the connector that connects them together doesn't seem that durable..
3) i got it for rs630, so i decided not return it and installed it carefully and I'm not gonna rotate the shower head that often so i think it's gonna last longer in my case.
you should definitely give it a try..
