Good Purchase

Extremely sharp. If the sharpness is not enough for our purpose, just rub it on a piece of emery paper. Take care that the blade is brittle. Serves me good for vegetable as well as fish cutting. I was using a similar knife for 3 yrs until it snapped. Since then I was looking for a knife made out of HSS blade. Good Purchase.
