having this for last 1 month..Didn't notice any drastic changes in weight loss however I have not followed any proper diet with it..just maintained everyday 30 mins walking...with this yes.. I have lost some weight...feels more energetic now..so hoping that if proper diet is followed then it will help in weight loss journey in the long run..
