    actually I don't know how to prepare super soft bread , first time I am using this machine , after reading the instructions thoroughly today I have again tried to make bread and this time I have got perfect basic bread . now I will be practicing more variety of bread and other menu as well.this machine has inbuilt menu at least 19 or 20 menu.very useful I think

    A:Definitely. I have been making whole wheat bread and french bread regularly. Use good quality yeast ( I'm using Urban Platter brand) and little bit more water than the amount mentioned in the book.
