The bottle came well packed in a tamper proof sealing. It is different from the images, doesn't have squeeze nozzle but a drop cap. The conditioner is not runny, so gives more volume. Has a nice pleasant smell which is not overpowering. Unlike conditioners from major brands, this doesn't give the airy finish to the hair. Very very thick. It's exit nozzle not working due ti it's thickness. It's always use by opening its cap. But it is good in quality. Nice work
