He was brought up and did his early education in the city of Gharaunda and went to Karnal, Jammu for higher education. Studied at University, Kurukshetra University, IGNOU University and Panjab University Chandigarh. Educationally accomplished, this creator is today a pioneer in contemporary Hindi literature by obtaining degrees in four subjects (Geography, Education, Hindi Literature and Psychology), B.Ed., Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Management, and Post Graduate Certificate Course in English Teaching etc. Doesn't need introduction.
