Killing Pablo  (English, Paperback, Bowden Mark)

The book is excellently detailed and I am glad the author did not get into more details than necessary of Pablo's life...the book details the hunt that went into looking for Pablo and should not be mistaken as a biography of the narco boss. A few more photographs would have really made the book more interesting...we are always looking to connect names with faces. I don't think anyone could have done a better job than Bowden...

A must read book for those who are interested in political events happening around the world. A gripping narrative from the author about the rise and fall of Colombian cocaine Medellin cartel kingpin Pablo Escobar, his criminal empire and a reign of terror that would only end with Escobar’s death.

This book is an example of investigative journalism at its best. The narration is exciting and Mark Bowden keeps you engaged throughout. One gets to know about the lifestyle, rise and eventual fall of notorious and infamous Pablo Escobar. Must read for those interested in 'True Crime' genre. Highly recommended !
