Actually my main reason to buy this drive was to expand my iPad's storage and carry around all my fav movies with me
This drive manages them with ease although it gets hot in half an hour or so but it is normal I think cause it heats up every time but not hot , warm
I had to restart the app a few times to get it working properly
I got about 2 3/4 hours of music and 2 hrs of video from its battery and as advertised about 4 hrs on 'standby'

One of the downsides of IPad is lack of support for expandable memory. This product nicely complements IPad with additional storage of 64 GB. Though it supports video files in MP4 format only, streaming is literally seamless. Inbuilt audio player app is inferior compared to the Music app of iOS.

This product does not support files to be opened with Pages or Numbers. This, I think, is a major lacuna of the product. Battery life is almost good, supports continuous video playback of 3 hours.

I bought the Wi Drive from another retailer originally. Overall its very portable. Its best used for android smartphones to access data wirelessly using the WI Drive android app.
It creates its own WI-fi network which can easily be accessible by smartphones.

I hope Kingston comes out with a desktop Wi drive application to access the drive wirelessly at laptop/desktop.

Pros: This helped me to increase my i device storage.

It is completely failed product and it do not have battery indicator, online charging facility and no longer battery life it is giving... So we don't know when it will stop working.... If you put charging to this product it stops working....
