Product is just fine as it's really small in length to play but if you are purchasing it to keep in your car for self defense than its really good as it's light in weight and feels strong enough to hit someone hard.

Impressive for 165/- bucks. Seriously, well built, strong and sturdy.
I'm not a baseball player so can't comment on the technicality but it's heavy(it feels heavier than 450gms) but it's huge. Go for it, if you're looking for a reliable self-defense method.
