Materials: Leaf Spring Iron and Wooden Handle with Brass Plates and Rivets. Applications: Chopping, Cutting. Best Suited for cutting Meat, Fish and Vegetables Do not use the cutting blade as a can opener, chisel, pry bar, screwdriver or for any heavy work for which your knife was not designed. Use chopping board for longer life.
