Q:it has needles, so is the use safe? wouldn't it bother us with any side effects or harmful ailments?
A:disinfect it before and after using it, put it in rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide for atleast 30-60 minutes and let it air dry, don't directly put it on hot water needles will get damage.
