At this price it's a great choice. The inside material is concrete. Steel rods are best. And the dumbells are also ok. But each of them are not perfect fit and sturdy. It's a great combo for starters not beginners. The pvc quality is ok not so good. The gloves are okay, but needs a bit improvement on quality
