Don't waste your money
bench delivered is of worst quality, weights are also quite light as per their appearance, take great amount of space, also the hole in the weights is quite small in size not the standard weights that we find in the gyms. overall not a quality product. bench is uncomfortable to use, rods are also very light weight.
