You have to know how to use this PROPERLY for this to work

The first few times i used this, I was deeply disappointed. I had seen the Youtube videos on how to use it and for me it did not give the same results with the same process. HOWEVER, i found a way to make it work through a DIFFERENT METHOD. Here's how I used it and got the claimed results:
Step 1: Wash hair with a cleansing shampoo. I used Biotique Green Apple shampoo because you need to get all the previously used product off your hair for this to work. Milder shampoos dont take out all the ...

Waste of Money !!

It did not work on my wavy dry fizzy hair. In fact I noticed my hair getting more dry and frizzier than it already is. And now coming to Straightening part, When I straightened my hair, it left some kind of sticky thing on my hands which I had to wash my hands to take it off ( I mean it was that strong).
Anyway Straightening also did not come well .
I think its useless to waste such good bucks on this cream. I would rather stick to my Silk and shine which is a great money saver and works well...

good and bad both

makes hair soft and silky and shinning . but hair fall is high and after straightening the hair after 1 or 2 hrs again hair comes to our normal look. for wavy hair after applying this cream hair looks so soft and wavy transfers to curl and bounce.

This product didn't help me!

Hi girls! This product didn't work for me. It is supposed to get rid of the frizz, but it left my hair more frizzy and sticky. Also it didn't do a great job as a heat protector. Maybe it could work for girls with already softer hair. It has a pleasant smell, so two stars for the smell.

I bought this from Glitter53. I was super excited to receive this product but something just didn't feel right about how the product looked. For a L'Oreal product, this looked tacky and fake. The sticker wasn't placed right, the printing looked off and the plastic bottle didn't quite look right either.

However Flipkart was really helpful, and I successfully returned this item.
