You Get What You Pay For (And Its Great!)

LaCie is known for quality, ruggedness and performance and you do get all of it. Though it comes with a price to boot. This HDD is NOT cheap but keep in mind it includes thunderbolt 2 which is expensive. This is one of the few HDD's that supports both Thunderbolt 2 as well as USB 3.0. Be realistic, the transfer speed you do get is the lowest of all the components.
