Well the product is good but I'm giving it 4 start because the description and image given doesn't match with the real product. The nail enamel is in transparent base with cute little glitters in it. you can use any dark or light shade nail color and use this nail polish as a coating on it. will be work awesome. For now I have applied it on my clean nails and it is giving a cute look still. please see the image for better understanding.
