18 years since its inception, the Lara Croft franchise has evolved to its pinnacle to give you Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris. Developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by Square Enix, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris is a single-player/multiplayer action-adventure video game for the Xbox One console that is yet to be rated. This game acts as a sequel to the critically acclaimed game, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. As in more recent installments, Keeley Hawes reprises her role as the voice of Lara Croft.
Set in Egypt, the storyline of Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris follows your favourite virtual archaeologist, Lara Croft, as she teams up with Carter Bell, a rival treasure hunter, and imprisoned Egyptian gods, Isis and Horus, to put an end to the chaos that has been unleashed by Set, the Egyptian god of evil.
Up to four players can participate in the cooperative gameplay that is featured in Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris. The four-player co-op story requires the user to collaborate with other players and explore the titular temple, confront legions of enemies from the underworld, avert lethal traps and solve deceptive puzzles. Furthermore, along the course of the game, the players have to compete against each other to uncover powerful artifacts and priceless treasure.
