Seems to be Very Old Stock

Flipkart Team,
The seller has delivered very old product. Issues I am getting is below
1. Warranty should be started from date of purchase. However, warranty is start date showing is 2014-12-21.
2. Battery stops charging after 95%.

Kindly suggest what to do? This kind of product delivery is not expected from flipkart. Seller should not deliver this product.
