I bought this lap for its 8gb ram and 2.5gb graphics. NOTHING ELSE!!!

If you are into video editing or regularly do heavy multi-tasking, this setup is really good for you.

The overall performance of the laptop is very good no matter its gaming, browsing, HD video editing or just for enjoying multimedia.

The design of the laptop is decent, but the edgy corners are little off for me. If you have messy and cluttered office like mine, you will end up getting minor rashes on your hands once or twice a day.

I recently purchased this product and i am satisfied by it.These G505s series are affected by reduced CPU speeds on AC Power.I didn't face this issue(I use Windows 7 64 bit) but i want to state a couple of nighe same niggles:
1>Many games run better when you change their graphic settings to "Power Saving" mode in AMD Vision engine program as opposed to "High Performance" mode.eg. BATMAN ARKHAM ASYLUM,NFS MW 2012,ASHES CRICKET 09 etc..

Value for money, Lenovo only provides drivers for Win 8 bundled with the laptop

For Win 7 had to download the drivers from the net. Not all work right away.

The battery does not work out of the box.

I am surprised that this product is not available anywhere else. Initially I had a problem as the laptop is specifically made for windows 8. I found the laptop not working efficiently with windows xp. Once I installed windows 8 it started working to the expectation. I liked the quality of sound. I am a satisfied customer.

Pros:
- Agreeable price (38K)
- Nice graphics (2 GB)
- Decent display
- Good storage (1 TB 5400 RPM HDD)
- Ample RAM (8 GB)
- Responsive touchpad
- Slim body

Cons:
- Poor keyboard quality
- Rectangular charging port
- Large surface area
- No driver support for Windows 7

The product looks so slim as well light weight and i feel screen size is large.

Over i satisfied with the product.
