Average product with the windows 10. The Ram seems insufficient most of the time and the machine lags many times if we use many windows. If I use Firefox with few tabs, excel etc. Than Ram is consumed and the hang problem starts. Touch is good till now. Screen sides are bigger which makes actual screen look small. Should have been better if sides would have been considerable like in HP.
Has heating issue. most of the time shows maximum usage of CPU, memory and storage.

my suggestion: go for it only if you wanna use it as TAB/ web browsing and book reading with Normal video play. don't even think about using it for any standard processing work, let alone heavy processing work.. as new device I expect it to give you a avg performance, if you continue it will create lag... well for professional with standard work its a good choice... though I am not quite sure how well it performs on excel 2016 with heavy formula!!!!! ha ha I want a opinion on that.... hope s...

4 stars coz I ordered white n they have sent me black. Didn't return because it ll be a irksome to go through all those process again. Make sure others don't face the same trouble. As for the laptop been using for 4 days n it's nice n processing well.
