Don't Buy from the IT Factory
I bought this item on Flipkart which was supplied by "the IT Factory", however I was travelling when it got delivered and actually received it when the return window was closed.
The card reader was packed in a card board sheet and the original box was missing. There were use marks and scratches on the reader. One of the slots fro SD card is not working.
I seriously doubt the vendor qualification process of Flipkart.
I was eagerly waiting for this to arrive and now very dissatisfied, very unh...

Not a New Product
Initially the product received by me was looking used which was sent without the original packing box. Hence requested for a replacement along with original box. However though the replacement came in time the product still was the same type of condition without an original box. I highly suspect the items being sold are used products or open box products, which are being sold as New Products.
The seller has to be more open and frank in selling the products as USED and not NEW.

Good Product but Worst seller
The product is great and thats why I had ordered this product in Jan '15 expecting that I could use it for my professional photography use.
However, to my amazement, the product was full of scratches as if it was used and a second hand product. It was shipped with the open product just being bubble wrapped without its original box and literature.
I returned it to Flipkart with the required comments and then to my horror the same product was shipped back with just an additional loose corru...

Selling Used products as New
seller should be more open and frank and sell items as Used instead of showing them as New products. I had brought a Lexar CF card reader which said new but when delivered it was an used one with out original box and seal etc., Hence requested for a replacement and received it promptly but even the replacement was in the same condition too. This amounts to cheating public saying a new product and selling an used product. Since the product is working I had given two stars else would have given...
