Product is good with lot of features and plenty of autocook options. LG service and support is also good and on time. But installation was not scheduled by the seller or Flipkart. I had to contact LG myself, they responded promptly and the very next day installation and demo was completed.

The product was delivered within a day even during lockdown and the demo person from LG came next day.
Startup kit was delivered along with product.
The microwave is feature rich. However charcoal lighting is a gimmick and you can buy similar model without charcoal lighting for about 2.5k less. I couldn't buy that as the delivery wasn't available at my location for that model.
The product manual has to kept handy for auto cook menus, as display only gives code of the menu.

Product is good but LG demo person was pthatetic..no hygiene no mask and just opened the box kept on floor and completed the demo in 5 min.
