This was my first large item purchase on Flipkart. The purchase process was convenient and the delivery was timely. The delivery agent called in to confirm availability. Further, they also checked on any space constraints in my house's entry to ensure that the delivery was smooth. All in all the buying process was good.

The fridge worked fine for a year and then now has stopped working and not cooling at all. Forget about making ice cubes, even the vegetables and other food items in the lower compartment are getting spoiled due to no cooling at all.
