It serves the purpose well for the price you pay. Delivery was good from Gati, was bit skeptical initially not to see ekart's, but they delivered in time and in courteous manner.

Must add that this was my third washing machine purchase in last couple of months. First two didn't work out well, they were producing lot of noise, looks like they had suspension broken, but Flipkart was good enough to take them back and refunded the money.

load balancing problem while drying . gives noise even for few clothes and four suspension rods were replaced within a month of purchase. I request you to take it back and give a better model
