Awesome
Very good product direct drive is a fantastic technology which e sure smooth noise free and vibration free wash cycles. Steam was an additional feature I liked and finally the diagnostic feature is a nice value add. This is my 1 month experience, I had an LG direct drive 5.5 kg which worked very well for 14 years before the controller board failed. So replaced it with another LG.

A:clothes are 60-70% dry after washing. afaik washing machine with heater is to provide hot water.
