    Waste of money!

    I had bought this machine 1 year ago but have had 3 service visits already, this machine has too many issues.Apart from that Steam/Heater option is not really useful as it takes too much time and this machine is extremely harsh on clothes even with the recommended detergents and cleaning products being used.
