got the black , only issue is when calling over bluetooth much of noisy sound could be heard

Charging not working and its seems like they delivered me used or old device. Me and my friend order 2 devices and both are out of order (Not working properly).

I gifted this this to my husband. The volume buttons are not working at all. Totally pointless in buying this product. How on earth can it be used while driving? I tried to get it replaced but they never bothered to respond. Completely destroyed my faith in flipkart with this one product. I have started to doubt the credibility of very product on flipkart. Feeling cheated.

I have been using this product since one year. I thought to give it as a gift to a friend due to its good performance. Hence ordered it from the reseller TECHNOLOGYS. I ordered 3 of them. All of them was duplicate. As soon as I opened the box it could be easily figured out that all of them were fake and duplicate. Even the switch button did not function properly. Ordered this and got a china made product with ultra fake cover. Ordered hbs-800 for rs.1900 from shopclues also fake with exact replica(very poor build quality). Please do-not believe LG HBS online. All are fake. But flipkart did a good job in the return item, very next day in the morning they took it back and same day i got my money back. Still waiting for shopclues guys to take back their fake hbs-800 which i requested for return 2 days back.
