I have been using the JBL PULSE 3 since past 3 years and now I upgraded to this PL5.
I must say LG's PL5 sound is way better than JBL. The BASS is decent as well.
With MERIDIAN tuning this speaker the lows, mids as well as the high's are pretty crisp and clear at any level of volume.

Led Light is awesome multiple sound and light custom option in LG Xboom App.
Only problem is this speaker is 10 Wats. Clearly mention below on speaker and Box.
