A must read for anyone who is interested in beauraucracy n politics. It’s a light hearted book very easy to read. Once you start reading it’s difficult to stop until the very end. The frequent use of folk dialogue add humour to the book.

Very intriguing account of AL Sir's days as an IPS officer in Bihar. Many chapters (like PARLE G, SOURAV GANGULY's SHIRT) recollect your memories from your childhood if you're a '90s kid of Bihar.
