Very poor

It's heating up like anything. You can't even sleep on this as it's inner part is latex+polythene material so it will heat up like anything. STRICTLY ONLY FOR AC ROOMS. Outer material is comfortable but inner one causes heat so better buy it only if you have a AC fixed in your bedroom.
