This book me initially got imported from USAin the 90's along with his book Science and Art of Breathing and in due course missed the book from my Racks. Though me read the book umpteen times, in bits me was reading again and again along with Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahamsa Yogananda. Now I will agitating read and it's useful for anyone of us we too sometimes think on the same lines but have no enlightment to experience and express. AVERY GOOD BOOJ INDEED!
