Filter is good. but Livpure mentions free pre-filter inside the package, but not provided. When I call them they mentioned it's free if we buy from their enterprise directly,but not free if we buy it online.So Product description should be changed

I got this product at reasonable price at 10000, delivery and installation was prompt, but had to change two parts in the purifier on installation day, it was done by livpure service executive at no extra cost, after that purifier is working well. Water is clean and tastes good, tds is 35ppm after filtering, so far its good

Tremendous water quality and absolutely brilliant purchase. Our place iron allocated area. Water with TDs 400 and full of iron. Thanks LIVPURE. Service should be much better. I am harassed. At last a good agency has taken and helpful service engineer came to service

working well as expected . slightly slow in water purifying but I guess it's the same flow for any other one. Customer service needs to be improved in terms of attending the calls or scheduling. Goes for unlimited wait while trying to connect to care representative. But, service was done good. no real nonsense. Better than KENT..

It's Big in size And looks very attractive all the buttons have led flash when pressed so It also looks attractive in night. The display show The filter life and other important things. Thise purifier has 7 filtration so the purification is done by 7 stages .Thise purifier has a large 11 litre Water storeing capacity which is sufficient for the daily water need of any family.

Think twice before buying this product or anything with LIVPURE!!!. Their free maintenance promise is a sales trick!! its a bogus. No matter how much you call the customer care they dont mind. You will not get those service. not sure why such a brand does like this but it is what it is!! they do.. wish i could tell Sachin before he endorses such companies who cheat public!

Nice product from livpure but there was a scratch mark on body top. Water tap is not like as in picture .

Didn't came with the prefilter ... which is mentioned in the box... otherwise it works good .looks good too..

Purifier is working nice. Prefilter is missing. Customer care says that prefilter is not provided with this model but on box it is mentioned that it's free with this package. Water quality is good enough.
