Good
This is NOT pure olive oil (called extra vergin olive oil). This is 98% refined olive oil. Low grade olive oil with bad taste , colour or odour is refined to strip it of impurities (but the process also strips it's good features). Resulting refined oil yet retains one important feature of olive oil , that is high quantity of mono unsaturated fatty acid. This may be a bit better than other refined oils in market , but that needs more debate.
