Astounding it may sound; but yes, sometimes truth is really stranger than fiction. I still can't imagine the pain he took for his people. In this world so selfish and cynic, the devotion he showed for the freedom of his people is truly remarkable.
It is the story of a man who crossed the threshold of tolerance, courage and forgiveness. It changed a lot in me. A must read.

The book is a sincere account of how mandela changed from a tribal boy to a truly mass leader. A vivid description has been given about various struggles waged by southafrican people. Although it is silent about acivities of other groups still worth reading for anyone interested in SA history and life of a great person.
