The pronunciation of each word has been given.The meaning of each word has been given in very simple English.Readers will find it quite helpful.Personally I like it more than Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary.The delivery was very fast...Just within two days.The delivery boy was very gentle.But the most disappointing thing is the page quality of the book.The publisher should think about it seriously.

This is the best dictionary ever. If you are confused between Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary and this, then buy this one without thinking else. It is not only a dictionary but also a grammar reference. The grammar notes, collocation and all are given here. This is certainly better than the others available in the market. The language used here is very easy to understand...... This is for advanced learners and beginners as well. It should be everyone's first priority.

This dictionary has easy meaning. Good example. Good collection of word. On the other hand Oxford advance learner's dictionary has comparatively more word ; standard definion ; tough defintion comparatively more reliable dictionary.
In nutshell both the dictionary is Good.
Interestly Longman has 230000 words
OALD has 183500 words even then OALD has more words
Because Longman has counted all like for Longman Get in & Get along has two words but for OALD complete Get family is counted as one ...
