A:keep it overnight.. it will work more efficiently. next morning wash it off with a mild shampoo and if possible, with a sulphate free shampoo.

A:use it regularly for 4 to 5 weeks by applying to hair and scalp before sleep or apply to hair and wait 1 to 2 hours and then wash it off do it for 4 to 5 weeks best of luck .test it before using
