A different coloured backlight can be set for the cyborg and normal mode. The Mad Catz Cyborg V.7 uses a powerful ST programming software to create profiles for different games.

Different macro settings can be saved under each profile to match the game you are playing so for example you can have a profile for World of Warcraft and another profile for StarCraft 2. The USB cable that connects the keyboard to the computer has 2 USB connecters and an audio out and microphone in plug. Once all the USB and audio plugs are connected you will be able to connect USB devices directly to the USB port on the Mad Catz Cyborg V.7 and also be able to connect your headphone and microphone. Both the USB port and audio jacks are located on the rear side of the keyboard. The minimum system requirements to install this keyboard are 2 available USB ports, Windows XP, Vista or 7.
