Easily fits in a backpack and can take anywhere. Great for larger point and shoots or mirror-less cameras. Fully extended it is not very stable but that is understandable given the compact and light-weight nature of this monopod. Nevertheless, works well for its purpose (mainly stabilization for video).
It also works great as an extending arm for off-camera flash. And since it comes with a standard tripod screw no need for any ball head or pan head. This can directly fit in the standard tripo...

this product lies of the middle of premium and low quality monopod,

another thing is head you would be needing a ball head on this monopod. dont buy a cheap head though.
