Just okay
An ok ok product. My hair now looks like slate/steel kinda. Gave completely different color. I prelightened my hair with bleach (20 VOL) to light yellow color (some sections bleached white). So that the color of matrix could show up. This shade of matrix showed up grayish-violet on bleached white hair and medium gray on bleached yellow hair.Not medium ash blonde... The worst thing about it is that it fades completely after 6-7 washes. DEFINITELY NOT PERMANENT.
