If you are looking for a book just to clear the exam, I would say It is Best. But If you are looking for a book to expand your knowledge in C# + clear the exam, then you should read some other book.

It's a nice book for people looking for Microsoft Certification in C#. The book covers not only detail description but also basic topics which is good for revision. Once again, as stated in the note of this book, this isn't a book for fresher.

Good book to learn C# for beginners but still you need to know few basics about programming before you start reading this book.
