I am using this for over a month, when I opened and found that it os somewhat like a steel base but anodised and coated but was single coat but coat is good so far in my experience. So no problem on that.
First day of cooking i burnt my masala for food i was preparing coz it's so light weight and thin that even if you use your gas on low flame the oil will be heated up quite fast due to its good anodised base. Anyhow I learnt it on the first day and since then I think I am saving on my gas u...
