Hi Guys... let me give you honest review after using this phone almost for a month.

I have bought Mi5 - Black and so my designing review is purely based on the Black Model.

- Designing and Build quality : It is a Awesome experience when you get a product in nicely packed box, with charger.
the black color and sliver thin edges looks really premium. perfectly build with black and gray on the rim. I am not exaggerating, but this phone is better than high end phones which come around 45000 +...

It was a very long research and equally long wait after which I decided to buy this phone.
I will make the review shorter but helpful..

1) Phone looks amazingly beautiful and feels premium no doubt about that and performance is snappy. SD820 although under clocked works like a charm.
2) compact design best for one hand usage.
3) Good back camera but OIS is not always trustable, front camera is top notch.
4) Battery life was average not bad,WORST AFTER UPDATE TO MIUI 8..
5) Phone does get war...

Mi 5 is nice looking phn this segment...nice designed by xiome curved metal design.... fingerprint is also good ...lots of features this phn & IR Blaster is all types of remote control ...very good features i m so happy for mi 5 I m purchasing black colour... black is so beautiful colour...my suggestion buy for black colour .....& Filipkart delivery is so good I m exchange my Moto g 2 I m purchasing this phn just 15434Rs only....

There has been lots of reviews on Mi5 and hence I do not want to repeat the technicalities.
As a normal user, I find the product is absolutely wonderful. Feels premium and at this price and specs, there are very few matches.
For my kind of usage, the battery is lasting easily for more than two days and charges quickly.
Connections have been spot on, and I like the interface of MUI7.
Both cameras are good, though I have not tested them in low light.

I am simply loving it

Pros :

Positive:
1. Nice looking sleek phone

3. No major call connectivity issues
4. Cool MIUI features
5. Battery back up is good.
6. Picture quality good.
7. Cool fingerprint sensor
Negatives:
1. Bad software failing GPS locking most of the time (irritates most if you are using for navigation). Reduced my star rating from 5 to 3 as the GPS is creating a major setback. Certainly a deal breaker.
2. Touch resolution is not so great. Tapping on small buttons (eg. close button) doesn't...

Great Value for money ...

Most surprising thing was that phone was light (as compared to my older phone Note 3)

Quite snappy and feature rich and feel solid in the hands.

But its too slippery... slips from hands and almost every place with a little incline.

A cover and screen guard is needed.

Software: MIUI8 is good... light, fast and beautiful.

I have been using this phone for exactly a month now. Got it in a excellent exchange deal and one day delivery on 26th June. Previously was using HTC Butterfly, so this might seem quiet a fall brand wise from HTC to Xiomi.

Its a super phone with super performance. I have been using this phone for a month now and no complaints at all.

Pros:
1.Awesome performance. Absolutely no lag at all.
2.Very decent battery backup. Runs for the whole day with moderate usage on the heavier side.
3.Display is very vivid. No point in running after quad hd display phones.
4.Lightweight and 5.15 inch size is just apt for good handling.
