This book is utter rubbish. It feels like reading a novel. This book is in no way a good book. I don't know why people brag about this book so much. Prescott is better by leaps and bounds. Prescott is wayyyyy better. Don't go for this. Everything is given in short. Complete wastage of money and time. Just my thought. BSc Biotechnology - 3rd year student.

A book for brief description in Microbiology

You will not get full details of a topic in this book. But you will get brief description of topics here. For details, Prescott is better. Although this book is so good as it contains descriptions with good pictures. You may buy this for study a topic in short and fast.
