The bottle itself is fine but remember the cap is made of plastic and is not durable. My cap which closes with a snap fit broke within 4 months of use. Given the amount of investment, it is not worth the money. Without the cap, the bottle will not work as a thermos.

Worth every penny
Build quality is superb. I bought this mainly for cold water. I did not tested for the maximum time it could keep water cool, but i got sufficient cold water even after 8 hours. This bottle can be used for both cold and hot water. For me it's a great product.
