#2. Picture quality looks ok to high definition but very very poor compare to my old LG tv.

It is 4k. Yes 4k. PLS be aware there are different 4k formats. Mitashi supports the latest and much advanced H265 formats only. Don't try H264 formats
Good customer support. From the moment I ordered, customer care of mitashi did a good job by updating the status, called me and confirmed whether im satisfied with the installaion and updated the warranty status on their website on my behalf and provided me the snapshot of updated status..

Good but buy a additional wall mount with TV
Buyers please note to buy a wall mount additionally as the one provided with the TV is of absolutely no use as you will have no space to plug/ unplug cables; forget about plugging in or out a pen drive ( dont end up requesting the installer to get a expensive wall mount for you as I had to do, you will get much better deals for the same online).
