Could be way better
I have purchased two of this. One failed raised the request on their support email. They have asked for the invoice submitted to them. They are silent for almost 10 Days. Support is not upto mark..as per my experience with them. Product is good. If it works good if not ?

Terrible product
First off, this is not a 5K charger, it calls itself a 4A charger (printed on the box and the device). Second, the QC 3.0 port is slow as hell. My 2.5 year old pixel 3a also calls it "charging slowly". My new pixel 6 also struggles to keep the battery % from falling while charging - on that QC port. The other 5V 2.4A port is no better.
On the plus side, it's really compact. And the slow charging is fine if you want to keep the phone plugged in overnight - might actually help keep the ba...
