It moisturises the skin very well . Makes it fresh as well. It easily penetrates through the skin and keeps the skin hydrated for longer duration. This is a very good toner though it gives a little bit of burning sensation (i think other toners are also like this way) on face but after using it for few days i can see visible results as my acne marks fading away. It works as it claims.
